I am officially retired from this madness. I have had no desire whatsoever to ever get on a racebike again. But then there was this little problem with some brand new leathers that had been sitting in a closet for a year and a half, never having been worn... It just wasn't right. And then I got these phone calls from Greg and Simon, BEGGING me to come help them capture another endurance trophy.

"Sorry fellas, I quit. Can't race anymore. I'm a family man, now. Besides, I doubt I could even break 1:20; I haven't been on ANY kind of motorcycle for two years. I'd probably dump it in the pits."

But they whined and they begged and they called and they just wouldn't leave me alone and Susan laughed when I asked if I could go help out my friends...
